The data we collect
Contact form – name, company, work e-mail address, optional telephone number, subject and content of your message. Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to establish a business relationship. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to an approach. Retention: three years from the last contact.
Application form – name, contact details, position applied for, experience, curriculum vitae and message. Purpose: to process your application. Legal basis: your consent, collected at the time of submission. Retention: two years after the last exchange, in line with the recommendation of the CNIL, unless you ask for earlier deletion.
Browsing data – IP address, browser type, pages viewed. Purpose: site security and audience measurement. This data does not allow us to identify you by name.

Recipients
Your data is processed by the EOXIS sales and recruitment teams. We use Cloudflare as a technical security intermediary, and Microsoft 365 for e-mail. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Audience measurement: Google Analytics 4
This site uses Google Analytics 4, an audience measurement service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), which may transfer data to Google LLC in the United States.
Purpose: to understand how the site is used, in order to improve its content and its usability. Legal basis: your consent, collected through the banner shown on your first visit. Retention period: fourteen months.
Transfer safeguards: the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC is certified, supplemented by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
IP addresses are anonymised. Data sharing with other Google products and services, Google signals, and advertising personalisation are all disabled.
No Google script is loaded until you have accepted: if you decline or ignore the banner, no request is sent to any Google domain. Your choice can be changed at any time through the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.
Form protection
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a verification mechanism that tells a human visitor from an automated one. It processes your IP address and technical browser signals, without setting an advertising cookie or tracking you across other sites.
Cookies
This site sets audience measurement cookies, subject to your consent through the banner shown on your first visit. Your choice is kept for six months at most, after which you are asked again. You can change it at any time through the “Manage cookies” link in the footer. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, www.cnil.fr.
